Out of interest, did anyone ever hear about work somebody was doing a few years back on trying to get a Fuzzi ship running Ep3? I'm guessing it didn't pan out, but I'd be interested to get hold of that Fuzzi program, as the normal ones have never allowed Ep3 game creation.

Yes mine is japanese and works in all 3 region consoles (I have a usa plat, eu black and a jpn Panasonic Q) and with both usa and jpn versions of episode 1&2 and episode 3. Tbh it's no co-incidence that the most comuter retarded people here are having trouble connecting.

It's true that the BBA does work in all 3 regions' consoles, but I have noticed definite differences with Ep3.

My copy of Ep3 just flat out refuses to connect with my US BBA on the exact same settings as my EUR BBA. Strangely, EP3 also doesn't seem to like connecting with my platinum GC (although it does on occasion - but only with the EUR BBA in it.)

Ep1&2 have no problems whatsoever with either GC or BBA. (Older GC is L-DOL-EUR, and the newer one (with the digital-out removed) is C/L-DOL-EUR-VA-1, and the BBA are L-DOL-A-SIB-USA and L-DOL-A-SIB-EUR)

just played an online game tonight against an NPC. Mostly flawless, although Sword Attack did not apply the attack bonus when attacking with a sword, and Orland's Sword Count bonus does not work either. Neither of which hindered my ability to comp stomp, and you might already be aware that those do not work, but that is what I found.

Also, if you want, I can test some specific stuff out for you, and I am always up for an online game.

There's probably something wrong with the script as of right now. Some previously working abilities may not be working because of the slightest errors made in the script. Its very finicky and stuff like an extra period will just fuck things up. I added you on skype, we'll discuss things on there sometime.

Only way to play Episode 3 on schthack is having the game, a BBA, and a Gamecube of course. Yes you can play online. Not all abilities are working right now, but we are working on making it as close to the sega servers in comparability as possible.

Also, the opening post has been updated with a new excel sheet. It has 12 more working abilities than the last update.

Some things I can think of off the top of my head that weren't previously working...
- Every single halfguard works now.
- Drain on Sange & Yasha works now.
- Focus is now working.
- The cards that have a % chance are working such as Counter, Counter +, Inversion, Bulk (Suicide).

Also, we now have a easier time updating the EP3III!?! ship so we are now able to test and update the ship more frequently. Fixes should hopefully start going a bit faster and smoothly now.

Spreadsheet has been updated. Notable ability fixes are as follows.

Unfilial - Seems to be working completely now.
Elude - 99% working. Guykild will lose 1 HP from max from item loss but won't lose any other HP from item loss.
Inherit - Seems to be working completely now.
Snatch - Before you would just gain exp, but now it does exactly what its supposed to do, and steals exp from your opponent.
Carnage Uninclined - Works now. (I'm aware the spreadsheet says its not working)

Some game mechanic fixes are as followed.

If anybody's played online prior to this update, they would have known that getting additional cards in your move phase after your defense phase was incorrect. Now you will obtain cards just as your set phase begins. (like you're supposed to)

The onTurn script was changed from the end of the turn to the beginning of the turn. What this means is that abilities that are supposed to work at the beginning of each turn were previously working at the end of your turn. Abilities such as Steady Damage and Interest. This fix will prove more useful in the future more than anything.

Major update to the list. The new list doesn't have any new additions to the working abilities, however there is a new addition on it. There are now 2 spreadsheets in this file. One list is for working abilities, and the other list is listed by cards. Now you can look up how many working cards and abilities there are. Also on the card list, it tells you which abilities on the cards are working. This will give you an easier time when looking up cards to put in a deck. Hope this update helps everybody.

EDIT: Another big update on the sheet. For the card list, each card includes a hyperlink to its corresponding pso-w page. =)

Woot! I had no idea EpIII was being worked on again! Me and some friends of mine just began playing again, (Offline). I'd be more than happy to help test abilities, and I could probably gather some of the old vets to come help with this too. This is so awesome!
