Stupid question...what does Lobby Event do?

Allows you to change the event theme in lobbies at any time. If they have a non-standard OGG, that will also be played. So... if someone got tired of the haloween theme that's on right now, instead of changing ships or hiding out in the casino, they can just use the Lobby Event to change their view of things to the regular (or whatever other) lobby they want.
