I joined a ttf and saw someone do super fast teching. I got a picture and have a chat log. The picture shows Kaakis (A RAnger , He was using a justy, that looked like Sonic) As we all know, FO are the only ones allowed to use Grants and FO can't use Justy. I dont have a picture of him using a justy (I was really focusing on the spamming grants) the chat log doesnt tell much but it does show us saying how he is super teching. Oh btw after we beat dragon he left. I said I was going to report him and he left.

PLEASE tell me this is enough to catch him....I'm mean there were 3 eyewitness accounts and I got a picture of where you u can see him using multiple grants. If you can't tell then I'll post a picture of a regular grants to prove it. The chat log should be enough too.

I consider this "proof" enough, though it's pretty close. I'd like future reports try to...well, include Sonic from a more visible part of the screen. Regardless, from what I can tell, nobody on the screen that I can see is in the casting animation and it does seem to be multiple casts.
