PSO DC Connection guide

Phantasy Star Online: Dreamcast

To connect to the Schthack server via Dreamcast, you need one of three things:

If you connect via dial-up, you will need a codebreaker; or
If you connect via broadband, you will need a broadband adapter; or
You can use the bootloader here.



**NOTE the Bootloader only work with original disk but is by far the best way to connect, just burn and play.



Dial-Up Users

Use the code breaker code that match your PSO version, see the list above.
If you are using V2 EU version or V1 US/EU you can also use our DNS server in the setting or your own DNS server.
For all other versions using the codebreaker is the only solution.



Broadband Users

Go to the network settings in Phantasy Star Online or the Planetweb 3.0 Dreamcast web browser.
Do not alter any fields other than the DNS IP address.
Enter the current Schthack server IP address (listed on the home page) or any other DNS host that has the new setting.
Save the new configuration and play as normal.



Bootloader

First get the bootloader image here.

1. Now get ImgBurn and install it

2. Burn the image on a cd

3. Boot pso using the Bootloader.
