Is it online when it freezes? I had the same issue if so, I got it fixed thanks to one of the admins on here.

Use Tap Server BBA if you aren't already, in the settings.

Here's what you'd enter in Dolphin: 3.18.217.27:9501

This solved my issue with the freezing.

That worked like a charm! I had it set to a different adapter in Dolphin settings and eveytime I played it would freeze.
