As for me I dont need anything to trade via forum - I arrange this all during play.

If you complete all quests in one difficulty they will become available for unlimited times in THAT difficulty.

This means you need to do this in all instances if you want to roam freely through quests in every difficulty...sounds annoying? Is so.
