Hey guys, Sorry to bother you with this.
I recently got a physical copy of PSO 1&2 on GC and wanted to start playing online but I just can't seem to get it working.

I have a soft modded wii with nintendont. Emulated the BBA, used an emulated memory card, typed in all relevant information noted in the GC connections guide including the most recent (I think) IP adress, use the serial number and access key from my manual for (easy remembering) and registered them on this sit, entered them in the game.

But each time I am getting a 102 error and I just don't know what to do at this point...

Does anyone know what could be the issue?

Have you entered in the DNS properly?

The current DNS is: 3.18.217.27

Yes, the DNS IP was set correctly but the same error continues to appear. Now I try it on the Android and PC version with Dolphin and it comes out the same.

Try one of the connection codes on the GC connection guide. You may have an issue with DNS hijacking.

I am back trying to figure the error code 102. I have created different accounts, different hunters licenses and wiped my memory cards to start from square one trying to get connected to the server again. I don't know what to do to get back online. I used to play online all the time, but for some reason now all I get is the error no. 102.

Are you certain you have the correct DNS?

Yes, I have the DNS memorized at the moment from re-entering it.

You might need to use an AR connection code due to the issue of DNS hijacking. You can find the one that's proper for your version here:
