The options section allow you to easily setup different options of Dolphin, AR Code offering QoL like the item loss prevention, and many other graphics features like HD Pack, re-shader etc.

After extracting the files on your computer, execute the Launcher_PSOGC file and this menu should appear.
Follow the instructions as you go around the options. If you get ask for permission to let the program access the internet you can safely say yes as some mod require downloading extra files and the launcher itself has an auto update feature.
