Single-Player Content (Solved... Se My Edit)

1
I'm sure this question may have been answered in the past, given how long the server and client have been around.
But...

Is there any way of accessing the single-player/offline content?
By that I mean the main offline story as it is presented on the Dreamcast, GameCube and XBox.
I'm using the 'Schtserv Full Installer' method of playing on my Win11 PC, if that's significant to my query.

Is the offline content included in that installer, or online only?
If the content is not present in the installer, could it be extracted from the data files of the console games and imported into the installation on my PC?
Or are the different versions incompatible in that regard?

I am asking because using my XBox I am able to both play online using this server, and access the 'offline' content, even with the same character file.
However, I much prefer the visuals on my PC.
What I'd like is the best of both worlds... in a couple of ways of that phrase; I'd like access to the story missions as they are presented on console, but also the online server, similar to how I can on my XBox. But, I'd like to have that on my PC... and hopefully using the same character for both.

To clarify I am not referring to sharing the character data between the different platforms, just locally on my PC between the offline content and the online access.

Is what I am asking even possible, or do the modifications to the game client installed with the 'Schtserv Full Installer' prevent any access to the main story of the game?
Or am I missing something in the menus to access it?

Thanks in advance.

Edit:

Okay...
I feel really stupid now.

I was selecting the 'One Person' option for 'Play Mode' when setting my party up... as I was playing alone and thought that said option was intended for solo players.
However, if I leave that option as the default 'Normal'; the Principal is in his office and I can access the story missions as I can on the consoles.

My confusion was mostly my own fault, but I was ignorant to what the 'One Person' setting I selected did... and still am.
But, I now know how to play the story missions as I wanted... with the same character save for any multi-player escapades I may choose to indulge in as I also wanted.

Still confused as to what the 'One Person' option does exactly, especially as it's name suggests a dedicated single player option but it disables the games main story missions... by removing the Principal and his staff from his office; making it impossible to speak to him.
But, I'm sure it has it's uses for those who do know.

I'm satisfied with my discovery, so no need for anyone to explain the basic functions of the game to me anymore.
