Ephinea offers the service, and it's so insanely useful so players don't have to bend their character names around to get the ID they want.

Ephinea's rules allow it for free, but prevent Section Id from being changed once the character hits level 20, which I think is extremely fair.

I know it's nearly a year old, but this seems like a good idea. I know that Schtserv wants to recreate a vanilla experience, but letting us select our section ID instead of messing around with a section ID calculator OR letting us change our character name after the section ID is set seems like it would be a good idea. I wouldn't think letting us do it as many times as they want until level 20 would be good, but a one time name change OR a one time Ssection ID change before level 20 seems like A nice bit of QOL that wouldnt mess with the vaniall experience. We're going to get the Section ID we want anyway with a Section ID calc at the cost of a weird looking variation of the name we want name or even worse, we'll use the name we want with a section ID we don't want.
