i have followed all the steps and created my character, after i enter my info from the sticker in my case i create a password and try to log in and get an error saying to check my provider information... i dont know what im doing wrong

Is it error 102? What DNS did you use?

the dns provided in the guide.. also used the provided youtube video and followed his steps exactly

You can set up other connection profiles on different memory cards - If you're using the Gamecube then your limit of connection options is only limited by the amount of memory cards you have.

I made a short video on how you can connect if you are using Wii/Wii U with Homebrew.If you are just using regular Wii, the network setting process is very similar except your just ignore the "modem username/password" setting that I show in the video.

The only application I have on my Homebrew Channel is Nintendont.


How would I go about getting Devolution ?

Devolution is just the gamecube emulator on the homebrewchannel.

Not exactly. Devolution is a different emulator of Gamecube games through the Wii. Generally it runs more games (or rather with less glitches) than Nintendont but you need to verify you own the game by putting it in on the first play after ripping. IIRC newer Wiis basically cannot use it without circumstances. And that means it won't work with your Wii-U mod unless you verify on a Wii first.

I played on Schthack through the Wii a few times on EP3 and EP2 about a year ago or two without much trouble. It was kind of laggy since BBA emulation was never added but not unbearable. It also supports keyboards (check the readme.)
