Yes, for the most part. It essentially just overrides the client ones but it can still be modified from the user stand point with cheats.

Over the past few weeks I have used the server drop and getting some strange items
both are ???? And ????x1
kept them both just in case but it’s happened twice

That's probably due to some error within the drop charts or the RT file. Do you recall what ID/Difficulty/Monster you got it from?

I was doing runs on TTF on Ult pretty sure it was in the mines (sinow beat room) and I was using a greenill

There is two ways you can make server side saving on GC but its very hacky.

I’m impressed with the work you’re still putting into this game Kayak. Playing psu a lot Id say the server side drops with PSO2 setting should be popular.
