This is for all GC players. I wanted to ask, what would you like to see available for GC in terms of offline quests.

This is an effort to try and provide GC players with new content that they can enjoy as this server is not JUST for BB. We try to accommodate as many platforms as we can and add content that is currently possible for that platform.

Post here any and all suggestions and let's make GC PSO great again! /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" title=" :D " width="20">

I'm sure the other Gamecube players would love some Cube exclusive quests as opposed to ports of BB & V1/V2 quests.

More quests that have tons and tons of adds. In Gamecube its much harder to find weapons and armors and level up and get what you want since there's no event boosts or anything. I think I'd personally like to see more GCN exclusive quests that involve killing a lot of stuff. Tons and tons of stuff. Make it easier to find things on GCN. Not too easy, but easier (as opposed to just plain difficult)

Biggest reason I like the monster mash quests that were on another server... also how I got my recent Handgun: Milla.  Wouldn't mind something similar for Ruins.  Because my luck sucks for finding some weapons and I want to find Handgun: Guld.

That's actually a good thought.

Will have to note that down.

Spam shit isn't really fun or interactive.

Stuff like MA4 is fun because it's interactive and there is a timer. It forces you to play in a team if you want to complete it. The spam shit will just make people solo and not play with others.

The server needs more episode 2 stuff. All the seabed quests end up being long and boring. Tower doesn't have much variety (I'm not sure if raid of central tower is on the server still but that quest was almost unplayable) CCa  doesn't see much love either, if it does it's the same problem as seabed. Spaceship has it's own issue where drops are bugged in lot of rooms, some people have mapped out mostly where the problems are. Most of temple also ends up being long and boring.

As far as shop quests, there are good ways to do it, I'll discuss it with you another time Torm off the forum.

One thing I did think of ages ago - but lack the skills to do - is to set up a quest where the finish is actually close to the start, but requires you to head through the entire level to unlock switches & gates in order to access the final teleporter.

I know a lot of people hated this quest, which name I forget, but I really liked the idea behind the shrinky dink quest. It was definitely flawed, but I liked how it required a lot of teamwork to get to the end. It could be done solo, I think, but it was easier and more fun with a team. It was also interesting that in certain parts you backtracked due to a portal to a different area. I could be wrong, it's been years since I played the quest or PSO to begin with.

Also wow! I didn't realize there was still a GameCube community here! I'm definitely going to have to hop on by sometime.

One other thing I'd love to see implemented - it would have to be Episode 2 though - is a quest which makes use of the purple fog (the one that reduces your HP) - but have the deactivation of it tied to completing the enemy waves - or even specific enemies in the room.  I gather that particular fog effect isn't in episode 1, which is why I said it would need to be Episode 2.

I've been told that it's seemingly impossible to use it outside of Episode 2...
