Telepipe: a new PSOGC proxy for Dolphin

I've set up everything according to the instructions, correct IPs and everything, yet telepipe seems to be stuck as a blank window, with no messages at all. I even tried using the Debug variable, but nothing happened. I'm using Windows 10 x64, for the curious.

You can try PM'ing Eidolon directly and see if he has a solution for you.
But if you have a blank screen of some sort, I suspect something with Windows related...

After resetting the TAP connection, and re-entering the IP address, it seems to be picking something up. I get an error 101. I'm getting close.
So, Telepipe is working, but it's not connecting. The IP addresses I have are DNS addresses, not the server address. I tried both listed, and it doesn't seem to want to connect.

I get the error "VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing" upon opening the telepipe.exe meaning that the code is not right in the toml file. I don't know how to enter the IP addresses and DNS into the telepipe.toml file correctly since the images are missing in the tutorial. The instructions in the actual file itself are not good. If someone could help I would appreciate it. Thank you.
