Hey I was thinking about playing with characters from my other memory card. But I already have a different SN & AK on that memory card. Anyone know how to change it?

You'll likely need to speak to one of the admins to add in a new hunter licence for you to include the second serial / key.

[email protected] since Friday but I keep getting permanent fail.

It's not done with that process any more.
Look at the left of the main page for "My HL" - that's where you enter your hunter licence details.

As I said above, it's not done via email any more - click on the "My HL" button on the main page (before you enter the forums)
