Shared Exp?

new to playing online. When in an online group, is experience shared between the whole party, or only gained by the first player to tag a particular creature?

The one doing the final blow will get Full Exp when all other one that hit it once or more will get partial Exp (70%)

It's 80%, but yes, you need to tag the enemy with damage or any technique to get exp.

followup ettiquette question; are item drops individual or shared by the party?
I dont want to assume my experience on ephinea is going to be the same.
also is there an FAQ that I missed that details this sort of info?

Drops are shared and not individual. We have an FAQ on discord, as well as a comprehensive player's tutorial as a quest online.
