download quests broken

My gamecube always told me that my download quests are broken.
I got east, west tower, soth, central dome fire swirl from schtserv like 10 years ago.
Also seem like my tower monsters arent dropping anything.
How do I properly fix this?
Can I just redownload the quests and the save will be overwritten?
Or do I need to delete the quests first in order to download them again from schtserv.
Its a long time and I had them on my memory card.
