Can't even play?? is Servers down forever

Hello i wanted to try this game after hearing about it online. The same information that logs me into the forums wont get me into the game. it just says i dont have an account on that server?
Edit: Would like to add that i've reset my password multiple times and also tried typing everything with upper and lowercase and everything in between
