GameCube real memory card corrupted.

GameCube real memory card corrupted. Anything can be done to recover my char? Using Wii nintendon't with physical memory card. I tried to make a new character but now when I try to connect it says "You are banned from this server.". Ok I'm back in. It was an issue with my serial/key. Back to level 1 but here we go lol. Using emulated memory card instead of physical maybe no more problems.
