Noob needs help

Logged in 1st time today and got into a lobby w someone who joined went to 1st warp in caves 1 started to fight and game froze and Dd, I ltry again said my network info was corrupted so made a new network save on slot B, Log in get into ship and block select but after i select block one says refused connection cause Guild Card already in Use on server, please help was so excited it worked just to have it taken away loll
