Connection issue with dolphin gamecube on android for pso 1 and 2

Hey guys. I tried to log into an online game my first time on pso and it said I had to talk to someone on this site for the proper registration info to play.
So if anyone can direct me to the right spot to get the ball rolling that would be great. Thanks in advance for the help.
