Hello, I am a French player and I came back to this site to play the original GameCube version of the games, and having lost my account I created a new one. The problem is that I cannot log in or register my physical version of the game.

Hello, I can no longer access my account and I am not receiving a link to reset my password, so I am forced to use a new account to ask for your help. I am also encountering major problems connecting to the game; indeed, it shows error 102 and even though I have deleted my serial number and access key, when I try to re-enter them, the site tells me they are already in use, which is not possible. Could you please explain the problem to me?

To fix error 102 I set two dns as my dns and it worked like a charm was able to.log on for 8 hrs today the first dns is 208.69.57.87 and the 2nd dns is 3.18.217.27. Ser everything else to automatic. This fixed my issue after getting constant error 102 messages. Hopefully this helps. As far as your serial and access key even if u delete it, it still says already registered as I also experienced this. Maybe see you in game my name is Xeria.
