Bank Switching

I played Schtserv years ago and we used to be able to switch between character bank and account bank rather freely so that we could move items around between characters. While it's still possible to do with a separate account and running 2 instances of the games, or using a team bank, it seems to me that allowing us to do this again is just a nice bit of quality of life.
