The Guld Milla is another one that simply isn't given away - due to the insane odds of finding either half of it.  In fact you can probably count the amount of legitimate Millas (or Gulds) given away since PSO came out on one hand - and I've never known anyone to give away the combined Guld Milla.


For the Soul Eater, if it has a hit percentage, then it's a guaranteed hack as it only comes with 0 in all stats (but you can upgrade 3 stats in the Gallon's Shop quest - but it's an expensive process to do so - and hit can never be upgraded on any weapon)


Enemy part weapons and quest weapons (such as the Soul Eater) can never have hit on Gamecube - unless there's been a quest added since I last played regularly which allows you to do that.

If you truly want to enjoy PSO, I'd dump all the stuff your friend gave you.
