I incorrectly entered my SN/AK from my existing PSO save. I've been using this save for quite some time so I was hoping to keep it for online play. I've tried to delete my HL from my "Manage HL" profile, but it just keeps giving me an error code on the webpage. It appears there is an issue with removing existing HLs on the website, currently. I had a couple people recommend that I just create a new HL, but when I did that, it corrupted my character save data. It would appear that your character data is tied to your SN/AK.

Would it be possible for an admin to go in and delete all of my HLs so I can go in and re-enter my hard-copy SN/AK?
