have you made a MyHL account on the main page (not a forum account)
then you need to create or register your hunter license for your pso version

Do you have any links for me to register the HL? I apologize im completely new. Also i lost my copy of PSO over 10 years ago, maybe their is a way i can find a serial number online? basically everytime i go to log in to the game it just i dont have an account, so im assuming that's what u meant by HL.
