Issues starting the game with Dolphin

Trying to play GC ver on PC since that has actual people playing it and I keep getting this error

what am I doing wrong? Is that not the correct directory?
DC Characters: Naked Robber
GC/BB: Mars Volta
PSU: Naked Robber and Mars Volta

Schthack: OKcomputer, Mars Volta, Eriatarka
