Hello.


For those of you who were around in December 2023, you may remember the month long 20th anniversary event we ran. If you don't remember, or you weren't here, feel free to check out this link for what you can expect. viewtopic.php?t=2510


This year's event will be more or less the same, except the quests in which we are tracking kills for will be slightly different. We'll announce those a bit later.


To review, your kills in free play maps and in specific quests will count towards the kill count goal. For each goal that is hit, drops will be effected globally (yes every quest that does not already have its drops altered and every free area).

You also must kill enemies in a difficulty that is appropriate for your character's level, this also includes having a higher level player with you in a lower difficulty. Those kills will not count.

All versions of PSO (PSODC, PSOPC, PSOGC, PSOEPIII*, PSOBB) will have their kills count towards the same goal.

*For Episode III specifically, all Field Characters, and Story Characters destroyed count towards the goal.


The 3 Anniversary quests will also be making their return around the middle of the month again, and we will be running the Time Attack competition again, however it will be under a different ruleset. We'll explain more as we approach the middle of December.

The first unlock bonus will start at 60,000 Kills.

Quest Group III (December 21st - December 31st

First Unlock Bonus @60,000 KIlls: will be a 5% boost to non rare weapon drops. (This only applies to monsters that drop weapons as their preferred type).

Second Unlock Bonus @120,000 Kills: Will be a boost to all Meseta drops in all difficulties. (The amount dropped will be doubled).

Third Unlock Bonus @180,000 Kills: Will be a boost to Photon Drops in All difficulties!
Ex. If a monster dropped between 100-200 meseta. It would instead drop 200-400

Forth Unlock Bonus @240,000 Kills: Will be a boost 1% Boost to Hit in Ultimate!

Fifth Unlock Bonus @300,000 Kills: Will be another 1% Boost to Hit in Ultimate!

Sixth Unlock Bonus @360,000 Kills: Will be a increased chance to find Materials in Ult! (Double)

Seventh Unlock Bonus @420,000 Kills: Will be a 3% Boost to Hit in Ultimate (total 5%)!

Eighth Unlock Bonus @480,000 Kills: Will be a boost to all Meseta drops in all difficulties. (Double again, so Quadruple from original totals. Maximum 20,000 Meseta a Boss can drop)

Ninth Unlock Bonus @540,000 Kills: Will be a 5% Boost to DAR (Drop Anything Rate). No effect on monsters that already have a 100% DAR.
